Who: For rising 4th thru 8th graders (8yrs - 14 yrs of age)
What: Join us for a fun, educational program focused on movement and fostering a growth mindset for kids who want to safely learn how to lift weights, improve speed and agility, enhance their mobility, and increase their endurance.
When: 12-3pm, Monday-Thursday
